So, we helped create a product strategy that puts the latest SEL and child development insights at the heart of their design decisions. Then we recommended the most compelling ways to communicate it to parents.

We used the latest research in SEL and child development for children aged one to five to map a consumer journey. This laid the foundation for a comprehensive product development framework and illustrations of the framework in practice.
But the complexities and nuances behind the framework aren’t easy to digest for busy parents.

We delivered strategic recommendations (with examples) for communicating important information and trust signals on product packaging and digital communications in simple, at-a-glance ways.
